THE REDDENING WINS THE BRITISH FANTASY SOCIETY AUGUST DERLETH AWARD 2020: BEST HORROR NOVEL.

My obsidian heart has been warmed. Last night, some very kind folks at the British Fantasy Society gave ‘The Reddening’ The August Derleth Award for Best Horror Novel. I’m elated, my horns are raised. My little black tail may also have whipped from side to side excitedly.

A very good awards ceremony too, conducted online at the BFS YouTube page here. A recording will be posted on the BFS FB page (imminently, I believe).

Congrats to the other winners and nominees in all categories.

And a big thanks to the BFS committee for pulling the awards off this year.
