My first publisher, the mighty PS, have an offer on the hardback limited edition of Banquet for the Damned, which is now all but out of print in the mass market edition. It has beautiful specs, Les Edwards cover artwork, a Ramsey Campbell introduction and is a handsome volume I still pick up and covet as I pass that book shelf.
